Job Description:

As an Independent Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets. You will represent PayTech Plus with professionalism and integrity, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work remotely and manage your own schedule while maximizing earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve win-win outcomes
• Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system regularly

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in fintech or related industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals independently
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
